Biography
NIKA LITT was born and raised in Los Angeles. At just three months old, he would stare raptly at Baby Einstein for hours — an early sign of his lifelong devotion to television. His passion for the arts took root when he played the eldest Von Trapp son in a local youth theater production of The Sound of Music. By the time he turned eighteen, Nika had performed in fourteen local and school stage productions and directed two. His enthusiasm for theater, storytelling, and performance led him to Wesleyan University, where he graduated with high honors and earned a B.A. in Theater and Mathematics. At UCLA, Nika was awarded the Diane Frolov Fellowship in Screenwriting and served on the 2025 Screenwriting Showcase committee. Nika specializes in crafting irreverent, character-driven dramedies and aspires to become a showrunner. When he’s not writing, you’ll likely find him knitting or crocheting— his pièce de résistance being a crocheted tea cozy of Tom Cruise in Top Gun.
